Are you an Empath? Got Anxiety...I've got you!

Hi Everyone.
Today I wanted to talk to you all about something that affects a lot of us in some way, shape or form. Anxiety....it's not a bad word. Most people that have anxiety try to hide it. They are embarrassed about it. I'm here to tell you that you shouldn't be! I too suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Yes, I admit if freely.
If you are an empath or someone with abilities, you likely suffer from anxiety. It's something I have suffered from my entire life. When I was growing up I was told, "You're just too sensitive, you're just nervous, just calm down." Did that help? Absolutely not. It only made me feel bad about how I felt.
Anxiety...where does it come from? Anxiety comes from a number of different places. You may have anxiety because something traumatic happened to you in your life and your mind has decided that this is the best way to let it out. You may have a fear of something and that causes it for you. There are multiple different places that it can come from but for today I want to talk about one in particular. Empath Anxiety! What...you say. Well before we talk about it let me explain it a little. Empath anxiety occurs when you are an Empath, (someone who feels others emotions and sometimes physical ailments.) and people around you are suffering from anxiety and as an empath it enters your energy field. This is more common than you realize.
Why does it happen? What do we do? How can we stop it? Well let's explore that:
*It happens because we are all energy. This means we have an energy field. We also have an energy center which are your Chakras. Your energy centers are located right down the middle of your body. They go from your root chakra all the way up to your crown chakra. You have 7 main ones.

Now that you understand that let me go a little more in-depth with that. Your chakras (energy center) should be closed down somewhat on a daily basis unless you choose to open them. This doesn't mean they stay closed. Things that make you happy and high emotions can open them up more, which in turn pushes your energy field out more. In order to protect your energy, you want them to stay in close unless you purposely want to open them up for a reason such as doing a reading, or when you are in a good energy field that you choose to be in.
The next question, what can we do and how can we stop it. Well like we just said, keep your energy center pulled in close. There are also other things that you can do. I will list some below
Meditate - if you meditate it can help to keep your anxiety down and you can pull in your chakras. This can be a simple breathing exercise or a walk in nature. It doesn't have to be sitting quietly in yoga position for an hour.
Carry Crystals - There are several crystals that are great for protection. Black Tourmaline and Black Obsidian are great for protecting energy. You can also carry sodalite or amethyst which are good for anxiety and balance. There are a number of other ones that work well, so don't feel that these are the only ones.
Mirrors - Necklaces or meditations where you picture mirrors around you facing out are great for reflecting people's energy back to themselves.
Angels - Call in your angels. You have a guardian angel and there are also Archangels and other angels always willing to help but you have to invite them to help.
Archangels - There are specific Archangels that can help you with anxiety and healing. Archangel Rafael is great for this. I ask for his healing green light to be wrapped around me. Archangel Michael is also good for protection. He is a warrior angel and will put a protection field of blue light around you.
Guides - We all have a main guide and are given many others throughout our lives depending on what we need help or guidance with. Ask for on to come in and help you with your anxiety.
Prayer or Intentions - I am not trying to tell anyone what to believe in. Follow what is in your heart. If you want to believe in God, Buddah or any other Higher Power, that is what you should do. Waking up in the morning and setting an intention to have a good day, ask for protection and thank them for their guidance and strength for the day ahead.
Set a grid. A protection grid is designed to set up protection against negative energy. You can set one of these up in your home with your intention for it and it can help to protect your energy.
Protecting your energy will in-turn help to prevent unnecessary anxiety that comes from other people and the environment you are in.
